International Enrolment process
ENQUIRY
Step 1
Request for Information through website, agent, phone, visit or
Online Enquiry

APPLICATION
Step 2
Information and Application Forms (including Conditions of Acceptance) sent to student including Entry requirements
- IETLS (or equivalent English training such as TOEFL or Elicos) 5.5 overall no band ( reading, writing, listening, speaking) less than 5.0
- Successful completion of Australian year 10 or equivalent
- Current Passport
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) academy can arrange
Step 3
Student completes Application Form and Conditions of Acceptance and submits to the academy with supporting documents (passport, English certificates, school certificates, OSHC coverage).

OFFER
Step 4
Academy processes application and issues Letter of Offer. This outlines course details such as starting dates, course codes and any student conditions such as successful IETLS 5.5.
Step 5
Student sends signed Acceptance of Offer (with selected payment plan and arrival date), admission fee of AU$250.00 and payment for OSHC (if required) to the Academy.

ENROLMENT
Step 6
Academy issues Confirmation of Enrolment certificate (COE)( this document is used by student when applying for their student VISA)
Step 7
Student applies for VISA and informs academy if application was successful/unsuccessful. |
COURSE COMMENCEMENT!
Step 8
Students arrives for orientation at 9 am (course commencement date in COE).
For orientation, please bring:
- Passport with Student Visa
- Australian address and phone number
- Current Overseas Student Health Cover card OR letter (if Academy did not arrange)
If required:
- ELICOS certificates
- Statement of Attainment from another college.
