The dilemma is, that while you may have acquired all of the skills and qualities of a world class hairdresser, the skills you need to become an outstanding management success are very different and often unobtainable from a traditional salon environment.

The Diploma of Hairdressing Salon Management is the ultimate salon management hairdressing qualification. You will learn how to; expertly supervise, inspire and mentor staff, create strategic business plans aimed at salon growth, master salon finances and run the ultimate salon operation. This qualification forms a foundation of success for all levels of salon ownership and/or management.

The Spark Hairdressing Academy Diploma is perfectly suited to qualifying and qualified hairdressers, wishing to increase their managerial skill sets.

Course Details:

Entry requirements:
Minimum successful completion of Queensland school year 12 or equivalent.

Course Dates:
Enrolment twice yearly

Recognition of Prior Learning:
Skills gained via work or life experience are recognized and may reduce the duration and fees.

Study options:

Fast Track:
27 week program. 23 weeks study of 20 hours per week minimum. This course also includes a requirement for 40 hours of vocational placement (2 weeks @ 20 hours per week).
