For apprentices, we aim to develop proactive, high service mindsets that in turn, guide them towards providing senior salon staff with support and assistance needed to successfully operate at the highest levels of productivity.

For students wishing to enter our apprenticeship training program, we offer many flexible attendance options from:

Once a week, single day Academy attendance; to

Block Attendance programs that are specially suited to those employers and their apprentices that for reasons of locality, have difficulties in having apprentices attend the Academy on a weekly basis; to

School Based Training: 1 Day Per Week. This program is ideal for students (typically in years 11 and 12) wanting to gain entry level experience in the hair industry whilst studying for their Senior Certificate.
